Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner - 1st and 3rd Shifts

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Wednesday - Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaners to join a global distribution facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, distribution, or janitorial experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, and workspaces
• Collect and remove cardboard, trash, and debris throughout the facility
• Utilize pallet jacks and conveyor systems to assist with waste removal and recycling efforts
• Support facility recycling and waste disposal programs
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Maintain cleanliness standards across assigned warehouse areas
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to supervisors as needed
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, janitorial, or related environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Composite toe shoes required
• Must be able to work overnight shifts consistently

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a large warehouse or distribution center
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and cleaning standards
