WHAT YOU’LL DO
Field Operations: Daily site walks, safety, logistics, trade coordination
Project Management: RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking
Estimating/Precon: Quantity takeoffs, bid tabs, scope reviews
Scheduling: Create short ‑ interval lookaheads and mini-CPM schedules
Capstone Project: Present a real project solution to leadership
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
·10–12 week paid internship
· Assigned mentor + weekly development check ‑ ins
· Executive lunch ‑ and ‑ learns
· Intern social events & team ‑ building days
· End ‑ of ‑ summer presentation & evaluation

· Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related majors
· Strong communication & problem ‑ solving skills
· Team ‑ oriented with a desire to learn
· Interest in a career in construction project management
