SECCA Search Group is a national executive search firm expanding its company, we're looking to hire legal recruiting practice lead. Our relationship-driven, consultative approach is built on delivering high-impact talent aligned with long-term client growth.

About the Role

This fully remote role is strictly focused on Worker's comp, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury legal recruiting. This is not an entry-level or generalist recruiting position.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage searches from client intake through offer acceptance and placement.
• Client Development: Build and expand relationships with law firms and in-house legal departments.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place attorneys across various seniority levels, including associates and senior attorneys.
• Search Execution: Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, interviews, and market assessments.
• Deal Management: Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes to close searches efficiently.
• Pipeline Growth: Maintain a consistent book of active searches and repeat clients.
• Practice Focus: Execute searches exclusively within the Personal Injury practice area.

Qualifications

• Proven Performance: Demonstrated $500,000+ in cumulative billings over multiple years.
• Experience: 5+ years of Personal Injury legal recruiting experience (required). Experience recruiting for Personal Injury plaintiff-side firms preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of law firm and/or in-house legal hiring markets.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, candidate assessment, and negotiation abilities.
• Work Style: Self-directed, organized, and results-driven in a remote environment.
• This role is not suitable for entry-level recruiters or generalist legal recruiters
