Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical excellence within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) ,demonstrated nursing management experience, and a strong background in critical care nursing . This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff performance, and promoting high-quality patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure quality patient care. Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations. Monitor patient care standards. Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and implement professional development plans. Serve as a clinical resource for complex patient care situations, particularly within critical care services.. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience. Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience. Strong background in Critical Care, ICU, CCU, Emergency Department, or related acute care settings. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
