Participates in evaluating care plans and provides direct patient care and support to nursing staff. Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery and enhances clinical leadership knowledge. Completes assigned goals and participates in ongoing educational activities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role post-graduation. Proficient in computer literacy.
