Job Summary

Delta Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer service-oriented individuals to join our Hospitality & Event Staffing Team! We offer exciting opportunities to work at a variety of events, including corporate functions, private parties, conventions, festivals, and special occasions.

We are currently hiring Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, and Front Desk/Receptionists who are passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Bussers

• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout events.

• Assist servers with food and beverage service.

• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.

• Restock supplies and assist with event setup and breakdown.

• Support the hospitality team to ensure efficient service.

Servers

• Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service.

• Assist with event setup, table arrangements, and breakdown.

• Serve meals and beverages according to event requirements.

• Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations.

Bartenders

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

• Set up, organize, and maintain bar stations.

• Monitor inventory and replenish beverage supplies.

• Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional guest service.

Front Desk / Receptionists

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Assist with guest check-in, registration, and event information.

• Answer questions and direct attendees to designated areas.

• Manage guest lists, tickets, badges, or event passes as needed.

• Communicate with event coordinators to ensure a smooth guest experience.

General Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with event operations, including lifting up to 50 lbs when required.

• Previous hospitality, food service, bartending, or event experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and responsible beverage service practices is a plus.
