What You’ll Do
Lead daily school operations
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain staff
Build a positive, accountable team culture
Ensure compliance with Michigan licensing requirements and company standards
Support quality improvement and classroom excellence
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor performance
Drive enrollment growth and family retention
Monitor financial performance and business metrics
Partner with district leadership to achieve school goals
What We’re Looking For
2 years Previous management experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education program
Experience managing staff performance, scheduling, staffing, and daily center operations
Strong knowledge of Michigan childcare licensing requirements
Strong business and financial acumen, including enrollment, labor, budgets, or school performance metrics
Ability to lead teams, build family relationships, and navigate change effectively
Minimum Michigan licensing requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent required
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
