Clinical Assistance: Assist physicians and clinical staff during procedures while anticipating needs and maintaining efficiency. Equipment Preparation: Set up, operate, and ensure proper functioning of specialized cath lab equipment. Safety & Compliance: Follow strict infection control, safety, and sterile processing protocols at all times. Turnover Support: Help ensure efficient room turnover between procedures.Cath Lab Scrub Technician (PRN) RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification: Surgical Technologist or Scrub Technician certification preferred. Licensure: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical or catheterization laboratory setting. Skills: Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
